Well, doing business online is patented too. A company in San Diego 
(PanIP LLC) is sueing small businesses with online shopping carts all 
over the country (except California), claiming they have the patent 
for it. Of course they don't go after the big players. PanIP would 
have a counter suit in the house right away...
