Dear all,

I am maintaining a site for a hairsalon chain. The owner would like
to add a feature so the customers can set up a haircut reminder that
will be sent out every [x] weeks (customer's choice).

If a customer signs up for this reminder system he/she gets a little
bonus: A discount on the next haircut. This should happen in form of
a coupon to be printed out by the customer.

I'm not clear yet whether the coupon should be sent out with the
email or whether the customer should have to get back to the site to
claim the coupon (and print it out). I guess the first one is easier.
But then.... I do not like html email, and assume I'm not the only
one...

Has anybody here set up something similar and would you mind to share
your thoughts?

Thanks a big bunch,

:: doris
