how to escape frames please?

Hi..  

Rather new at frames I'm afraid...  I have a search routine results page that
comes up in a frame.  Within the results that are presented, there are url links
which are clickable.   When I click on them, the domain of the link shows up in
the frameset but I need it to show up in its own window.   Can someone advise me
on how to force this to happen.
