Probably to export to a CSV file (comma seperated values) and then import =
into the database of your choice.  Can you give us some more information =
as to what you want to do with the list?

Hello All,

I sort of new to this list. What is the best way to manage a mail list?

I have a small list of about 1200 email address most have names, addresses
and phone numbers. Currently it is housed in excel.
