Runtime error

Hi,
We've put a number of PDF's on a web site for a client. Seems he is having
a problem getting them to load. We can't We are Mac based and altho we do
have a PC, we do not have a problem getting them to load on any platform
using any browser. He says he is getting a runtime error.

Any suggestions?
