javascript assistance needed

Greetings!

I fear I know very little about javascript and so I turn to the 
experts here, for help. I am trying to use a prepackaged 
international time conversion script. When I try to use it in my 
page, it appears above all my content. I do not know how to make it 
appear within the nested table on the page, as I wish it to.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated! Advance thanks to all who 
respond to my request:)
