Moe,

I work with LinkAlarm, an online site checking service. http://linkalarm.com

Yes, you can specify automatic checking to be monthly, every 2 weeks,
weekly or daily. We check and report both internal and external
links. You can configure your report to include pages in a specific
directory and across multiple servers.

LinkAlarm is such a service. We use a points system so you can
manage as many reports on as many sites as you like. $10 buys 1000
points, to check all the links on 1000 of your pages. We offer a
free trial of the service with 100 points.

We're developing a realtime monitoring service for LinkAlarm at the
moment, stay tuned! You might like to try http://netwhistle.com too.
