It sounds about right to me, but
there's really no reason not to
build a Flash-only site so long as
the market for your site will bear
it.
The only problem I really have
with it is the vector vs raster
problem. I know Flash handles
raster images but it has nasty
tendencies to start scaling and
resampling the images when
the screen size changes (making
JPEGs go from bad to much
worse for example.) And vector
graphics are just a little too
clean for my taste.
