Re: hwg-theory-digest V1 #78

Hi,

I've been out of touch with hwg-theory and I apologise in advance if this
has come up before.

I help people out with by doing a free background site and I've come across
something that I'm not familiar with.  One of the people that have used one
of my backgrounds is having problems.  She uses WebTV and can not see the
background on her page.  I see it no problems and the friend who uploaded it
for her can also see it ok.

I know nothing about WebTV, but I'm assuming that her browser is the same
sort of thing as everyone else's, and she has a cache.  I suggested clearing
the cache, but that's as far as I'm willing to suggest at the moment.

Any suggestions?  (I hope that I've not strayed from the proper topics
discussed)

Oh, please email me direct, as I don't always get time to read the newest
theory digests.  :)
