This is facetious, but it amused me when I thought of it. I suffer for my
humour - now it's your turn ;-)
Lowest Common Denominator? Forget it.
1) Develop for the latest cool stuff so that it needs the latest hardware
and software
2) Buy shares in popular hardware and o/s vendors' companies.
I suppose, though, that's all too often very near the truth. Ahhh well.
Given this is Accessibility Month, are we going to discuss methods for HTML
and/or XML in the non-visual media? We've been exhorted to in the recent
newsletter, any ideas for starters?
What about the uses of markup even for non-human consumption, maybe not "The
Web The Way Your Dog Wants It" but for 'convergence' devices and software
agents - perhaps "The Web The Way Your Fridge Wants It".
