Although I have argued against Ann Navarro, I do agree with her
assessment of where American legislation is going and how it can
affect foreign citizens.

Likewise, I can fully understand Harold Driscoll's "x-files" level
of paranoia where the [American] government is concerned.

This does not change my original point: it's STUPID

It shouldn't work this way. Maybe we should stop debating whether
or not these things will come to pass and start debating how we
can prevent them, work with them, work around them, or whatever.

Any ideas?
