So you are suggesting a good design will use CSS like a sort of HTML 2.0,
with the only difference of moving formatting tags from a file to another
:-) Sorry, but this doesn't mean good design, just backward compatibility
:-)
A CSS will degrade bad any time you will use it's new formatting tags (like
positioning). And, in fact, it doesn't degrade at all. With a big design
effort, you can minimize the effect, but than were is the sense in using
CSS? They are supposed to make your life easier!
