Apologies re: premade graphics

Wow, I didnt know their was even that many people on this
list!  Anyway, I guess I should apologize for not being
more clear as to what I meant.  But I do appreciate the
responses, as I guess I was a little in the dark about
this topic.  Originally I was just thinking about a
sidebar background image I had used on a site i created. I
had found it somewhere along my internet travels, and
thought it looked nice, so i did some work on it, and
changed it around a little, added some things, etc.  Then
i used it on a website. I dont even remember where I got
it, but it probably was a free site.  So I guess I was
just wondering what you thought about not really stealing
graphics but more like seeing peoples ideas and then
almost recreating them in a different, yet somewhat
similiar way.  Anyhow,  i hope you dont all think i'm a
complete idiot. I never steal graphics and use them on my
sites.  more of a borrowing of ideas...
