Layout ideas?

Anyone seen any good layout designs other than the generic
sidebar navigational buttons?  I know that format is
pretty easy to do, but I like to be a little more
original.  I guess theres only 4 real options right now
with the limited html language. top, bottom, left, or
?right?.  and of course the top and bottom require frames
pretty much. I dont want to get into that.  Anyhow, just
wondering if you'd seen any interesting layouts around. 
this is the type of thing we can talk about on this list
right?  ok then...
