Sorry B., i have to disagree with you on PSP being only
suitable for beginners. There are just a few things that
i prefer about Photoshop over PSP, for 95% of the work i
do and that you see on the web PSP is well above adequate.
When you factor in the incredible cost savings, the
choice is pretty easy for me.
