Frames

Kynn,

 Why is it that I can use frames when I code a page in HTML 3.2? As for 
HTML 2.0 I know it is not frames compatible, so I should clarify what I 
said earlier. I meant to say that when I create a page I keep in mind 
that some people's browsers will only display HTML 2.0... (This means 
that I don't use frames in general.)
