I am designing a web site to show the results of a state contract which
involved building a database and maps. My initial design is 7 or 8
short pages (about one screen length each), with each page providing
links to all others. Another way to do this would be to group the
related information onto 2 or 3 longer pages, and make the user scroll
down for more information.
So my question is: what are the pros and cons of designing a site with
a few longer pages versus having more pages that are shorter? I'll
compile all responses... Thanks,
Marie Mills
