Hi Ron,

Rather than buying books, I look for on-line tutorials to learn HTML. There
are lots of them, and the one that i used was from Professional Web Design,
the URL is http://junior.apk.net/~jbarta/
You can download the whole tutorial and do it offlined.

Once you get the basic skill right, you'll know better about what you want
from books, that would help you on choosing them for the more advanced topics.
