Since most browsers (if not all) will not display the table until
it is completely downloaded, it is adviseable to break your table
into manageable bites if it gets very long. What constitutes
"long" and "manageable" is rather subjective. Your goal is to
give the visitor something to look at while the rest of the page
downloads.
