No - it's been around for ages, but as you can see - if you have only just
discovered it, and you are fairly internet-aware, how do you expect the
non-technologically advanced to find it!

Yep, and if the page contains a JS to check for the correct frameset there
is a good chance the user will be automatically transered from the page -
thus invalidating the ability to bookmark.
