Frames

Hi again,

I mailed a message asking a question about frames yesterday. I think I didn't ask the question very good. I will explain.
I am busy with a StarTrek related homepage. I want to use frames with this. I have 6 frames. 2 on the top, 2 in the middle and 2 at the bottom. The right one in the middle is my main frame. The left one in the middle is for the links to other pages. Some of those links have to change the main frame and the link frame. Thus 2 frames with 1 link. How do I have to do this??
