Wrong!! The client is ALWAYS right.  You educate and explain the best you
can, then THE CLIENT IS RIGHT.   ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS.   Thinking the
opposite cost Xerox the copier market, IBM the PC market, and will one day
cost MicroSoft the system software market.
