their mistake ( as they always do) charge them again. :-)
And yes it is about the money ;-) However these are Just my personal opinions,
I'm not attempting to change anyones ethics or lack thereof.
1 I never do a site without a contract
2 I never start a site untill I have all content in hand
3 I require 50% up front at/along with signed contract
4 I never release the url till payment is made in full
Those 4 steps have saved me fromk aggravation cause by people, usually
accquaintences that presume that you'll let it slide ;-)
