Ahh, well, without looking at the code, we would have no way of answering 
your question. If the whole page seems to refresh, then it's probably not 
simply a dynamically-generated table on the HTML page, but rather a 
thank-you page that looks like the original. One way to get a clue about 
it  is to look at the location bar when performing the function - if the 
file name for the page doesn't change, then most likely the code is 
specific to the table the e-mail field is displayed in. If the file name 
changes, it's a thank-you page that is designed to look like the original 
form page.
