It looks like a lot of people are confused or seem not to know where to get
precise info. I know everybody has "potential" access to everything that is
on the web (well more or less ???) but it still doesn't mean that they know
where to look for info.

There are a lot of questions about html 4.0. Does anyone know enough to
mail a list of "facts" ???

I think about
-urls (where you can find specific info, like everything about html 4.0),
-faqs (what are the differences between different html versions, what
deprecated means in the practical sense),
-personal experience knowledge (in a compact form)

Or maybe such info exists somewhere in just one text ?????

Yours, JC :-)
