Absolutely not. Probably illegal and almost certainly unethical -- and just
plain wrong.

Yes, it is always harder to do your own work. Plagiarism and stealing may
be more convenient but in the end they cost you more.

Recommendation: Buy some royalty-free clip art. If even this is beyond
budget, troll the web for clip art that is offered for free. There is a
quite a bit of it.
