John -
My company, Thomson Financial is one of the driving forces in the financial
world behind xml and it's use in the transfer and translation of large
quantities of data. We are currently working with major brokerage houses in
trying to create the first internationally recognized DTD and Schema for the
Financial Markets. Very exciting stuff. Please fell free to ask any
questions you might have regarding xml, I feel I am quite able to answer
them in that I teach a class in xml at a local school here in the Boston
area.
