XHTML 1.1 validator error

Hi all,

I have a rather strange problem validating XHTML 1.1 using the w3c validator.

The piece of code causing the problem is:

 326:                   <form method="get" action="http://www.frankw.net/cgi-
bin/mt/mt-search.cgi" accept-charset="iso-8859-1">
 327:                     <input type="hidden" name="IncludeBlogs" value="1" />
 328:                     <input id="search" name="search" size="18" 
style="padding:2px;" />
 329:                     <br />
 330:                     <input name="Submit" type="submit" value="Search" />
 331:                   </form>

Now I have checked this code meticulously, and still cannot find the problem, 
yet very similar code causes no problems on other sites.

Any help greatly appreciated.
