Check out  http://www.liveupdate.com   for Cresendo midi player.   I use it 
on the pages where I want sound and find it quite good.  It will allow the 
viewer to detach it from the page (float) and has customizable sizing.  The 
info that can be obtained through Cresendo on the midi playing is also nice.
