I've a question about this tag, BASE HREF. First of all, I'm not sure what it
does. The isp which hosts our site added it to the script.
Secondly, something about the tag keeps the graphics on my index page from
loading in Netscape. The graphics show up in IE, but not NS. Can someone
offer me some guidance?
