I sent a personal to Aaron and will publicise here.
I Administrated a Domain, and when the Original Domain holder wanted the
Domain back, I merely added an "s" to the new name making it a plural. I
asked the Server and My Cousin (copyright Atty) and I was told that htis was
only an infringement if I used the EXACT name without the s. I did copyright
my version. Both are on the web and doing well. in my situation, the
ORiginal Holder was kind enough to allow me to continue in peace, and
actually encouraged my growth! Lisa
