no cache?

I saw this question on the digest tonight and no one answered it. I need
this info to. I update my website frequently and need a way for the page to
load fresh everytime so my viewers can see the changes instead of what their
browser has cached. Someone told me about possibly using a META tag for
this. If so, how?
