Fonts in Drop-down Menus

I'm trying to design a navigation banner using drop-down menus. The option
titles are pretty big (dept names, etc), so I want to use a smaller font and
point size. I'm using FP2000 at the moment. I selected the cells containing
the drop-down menus and changed the font attributes for those cells. It
actually works in NN, but not in IE. I know the <option> tag has a "style"
attribute, but I'm not very familiar with style sheets.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. The page is
