Hi All. I am attempting to do this as well and although it's not working
completely yet, I am getting close (I think ;-)
I can fill out the form from my page, choose to add a picture and browse
locally to find it and then click then add it. I submit the form and I get
the results emailed to me fine but the attachment comes through as garbled
text.
I have seen this before usually when people send pics via email but not as
an attachment but by pasting right into the body of the email.
Any ideas to what I am doing wrong?

Thanks
