I couldn't care less if any URL's use this code or not.  I'm not interested
in any "tests".  I just found it on the above mentioned website, which I
thought did an excellent job of explaining how it works, thought it was
pretty neat and passed it along when someone asked about it.  If someone
wants to use it, fine.  If they prefer to do it another way, fine too.
