Hi,
I am looking for a form template that will accept input from a user (i.e.
name, email, dob, etc.) and then verify each field (dob must be 00/00/000,
email must be in proper format, etc). Does anyone know of a good one - this
will be for a commercial site - so if there is a cost (reasonable) this is
not a problem.
