FTP Problem?

I am having a problem with http://people.goplay.com/NDNA10/StateOffice.html
Apparently I am unable to FTP the page to my server, only half of the page
is going up, even though CuteFTP reports that it was sent correctly.

The page works correctly in MSIE5 and NN4.61 when viewed from my drive, but
it hangs up when reading it from the server.
I cannot find anything that is causing the truncation of this file. I have
twice, completely rewritten the text in the area where the trouble occurs,
and I have reloaded to my server several times with the same result.

Does anyone have any clues as to what is happening.
