It didn't work in NS for me either, though it did in IE.

I ran the page through the Homesite4.5 validator and it cam up with a lot of
problems. There was a spare body tag, nested forms, and the main problem
(which is probably why it didn't work in NS) were the tables. There were TR
and TD tags in wrong places, and in one case a nested TABLE tag not being
closed before the TR tag closed.
