I recommend HTML kit. Offline validation and hundreds of other features (sorry can't remember the link - i got it from downloads at w3.org) It's got so many features you WILL get lost in there. multiple panes for the same file. tag generator (bit useless but it's there in case) and XML CONVERTER which I use to be a flash git and convert to xml. Although for actual coding I use NoteTab pro from http://www.notetab.com as it's fast and small. With excellent replace/find useful for changing the whole site in a click! If i hadn't bought notetab before finding html kit then I'd be using the latter now.
