pdf link?

Hi friends,

I've been working on the web site of my local food co-op and putting their
newsletter online. For reasons not clear to me, the link to the pdf file
does not work. I've never worked with pdf files. Is there some special
handling needed, or am I just missing an error here?

My code is:
