Go to Tools-->Options-->Send-->Mail Sending Format.  Click the radio button
that says "plain text".

I use Outlook Express to send e-mails, but this list only works with simple
text based mails, and the e-mails I send with Outlook are in other mode, so
can anyone tell me how do I set it to send simple text mails?
