web site java error?

Hi,

I have been working on this web site. (http://www.newwinecc.org/) and
thought everything was fine until I checked with my computer at home.

With I.E. Version 4.72.3612.1713
Cipher Strength: 40-bit (don't know why I installed 128-bit)
Update Versions: ;SP2;3283;q261255;q262509;q265258;q2511...

The site claims a Java error on line 25. char 1. Error. Object expected.
Code: 0

I don't know why that is there.  Also the CSS doesn't seem to work right on
Netscape 4.72.

I spent a lot of time reviewing the www.hwg.org site because that was the
design I wanted.  But, I fear I have messed up some of the coding in trying
to get my site to work.

I am using a Trail Version of Dreamweaver4 to build the site (ordered paid
for version), And I don't know what is wrong.  IS it something I did? or
something that DW4 did?
