Network Solutions

I have had headaches from Network Solutions almost from day one.  When we
registered our domain with the .com, .net and .org extensions, we received 3
separate invoices.  It was our mistake to pay all three invoices with one
check, but I understand how my accounting person thought they would have had
the brains to sort that one out.  Next thing you know, we get
discontinuation notices on our .com and .org extensions.  Apparently they
applied all the money to one extension.  Partly our fault, but trying to
straighten it out was a nightmare!  After several phone calls, we thought
the matter settled.  Then  a few weeks later we receive another notice that
our .com domain is about to be pulled.  More phone calls, more hassles.
Then a couple of months later, we receive a refund check from them for
$140.00!  Back to the phone........

I have also had another incident with them when I changed web hosts and it
was a rough road trying to get the information change to go through with
them.

I guess maybe the way to end this email is to ask if anyone out there is
actually happy with their domain registrar!
