This page still does not view correctly on smaller screens.

I have tried tables, css (which I know nothing about) but pasted this into
the heading, <style type="text/css">
  body { margin-left: 10%; margin-right: 10%; }
</style>
and other things all to no avail.  Is there some way to make a margin that
includes all the text and images at the same time?
