They are assembled in a table, one image to a cell, with cellspacing,
border, and cellpadding set to 0...
Also, do not pout a hard break before the closing </td> and I am sure there
are similar cautions.
The overall image does not actually load fast...in fact, it can take a hair
longer due to the rendering of the table. Because the smaller pieces *each*
load faster, though, the illusion is of a faster page because something is
constantly happening...
