Put this meta tag in the head of each document.

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="x secs delay; URL=http://to next page in
the chain">

Note the quotes are around the entire contents with a semicolon separating
the parts.  This is also a cheap redirect, as the url can be on or off your
set of pages.
