Beth,
I've done some similar work, and sometimes I simply sell my html pages to
the client, and they upload them. I put my logo on the bottom of the pages I
did, and so far it is still there (they could easily take it off :(
I just charge them a one-time charge (as hefty as possible), and go on to
the next one.
Another customer let me host his site, and I just had to make a link to his
database (hosted somewhere else). Maybe you could arrange something like
this?
I know that this is not much of an answer, but a couple of suggestions.
Maybe somebody more familiar with FrontPage can help you with the FTP
question.
