The beginning of your form needs to say:
<form method="POST" mailto:action="mailto:youremail(at)yourserver.com?Title for
your subject line when you receive the email" ENCTYPE="text/plain">
<input type="hidden" name="FORMNAME" value="this text will go at the top
of the info you receive in the email">
But alas, I don't believe this works in every browser. In fact I would be
interested to hear from people in the list who know more about how browser
friendly this code is since I use it often.
