After reading the list for some time, I have decided that one has to learn
css.  I started reading a tutorial recommended by one of the list members.

That one specifically.  During my reading, they recommended a program that
can be purchased that will help you learn css called Syle Master.  Does
anyone have any thoughts on this program?
