Thanks (I think?) to all who responded to my question  ...  I'm still
confused however.

Guess the only way to resolve the matter is to do some (more) reading <G>

One final ?? on that WEBLINT utility ,,,  it has the option to use Netscape
extensions .. Microsoft extensions ... or NEITHER  .....  which would be the
"preferred" method, and would using "neither" allow the result to be
comatable with both systems?
